Hiring MC Truck Drivers for the 2025 Cotton Season

About the role
Quest Personnel are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join our client's team in N.S.W for the 2025 cotton season. As an MC Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of cotton to various locations from Wagga Wagga N.S.W.
Start and Finish Date:
Start between 5th and 12th May 2025 and ends November 2025
Shifts:
Day Shifts
Hours:
7–10-hour days with early starts
Pay Rate
: $54.17 per hour
Runs
: Wagga Wagga to Carrathool, Wagga Wagga to Hay, Wagga Wagga to Darling Point all return same day
What you'll be doing
Operate B-doubles/A-0double to transport cotton
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
Plan and navigate routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws and safety regulations
Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience as an MC/HC driver
Valid MC licence
Strong driving skills and knowledge of road rules and regulations
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
