My client is expanding its business across Victoria’s premium corporate, government and private event markets, and is searching for a commercially driven Business Development Manager who knows how to win — consistently.

 


Responsibilities:

Build trusted relationships across the full client ecosystem — corporate leaders, government representatives, venue managers, executive assistants and operational stakeholders
Drive disciplined pipeline management with clear velocity and accountability
Lead high‑stakes commercial negotiations with senior decision‑makers
Convert large‑scale event opportunities into contracted revenue
Secure multi‑year partnerships across a diverse venue portfolio
Identify new verticals, untapped markets and emerging commercial opportunities
Contribute to major tenders and competitive bids
Requirements:

A proven hunter with a track record of revenue wins
Highly competitive and target‑obsessed
Commercially sharp and strategically disciplined
Confident negotiating with CEOs, procurement heads and senior executives
Relentlessly proactive — you create opportunity, not wait for inbound leads
