Quest Personnel is seeking a Duty Manager/Night supervisor to join a well-established, professional and friend team.
We are looking for someone who:
Will work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of the venue across all departments.
Play a key leadership role on shift – ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Key roles:
Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service
Create a welcoming, energetic and engaging atmosphere for guests
Oversee day-to-day venue operations across all departments
Ensure gaming, TAB, and food & beverage operations run smoothly
Coach, mentor and motivate team members
Maintain venue standards, compliance and procedures
Monitor staffing levels to meet service and operational requirements
Work collaboratively with management to achieve venue goal

What you need:
Experience and qualifications in Food & Beveridge, Gaming and TAB operations
