We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a leading company in Canning Vale. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
You will play an important role supporting day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring paperwork, systems, and communication between teams run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support for warehouse operations
Processing delivery dockets, purchase orders and transport documentation
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams
Assisting with scheduling and tracking deliveries
Responding to emails and phone enquiries
Supporting inventory and stock control processes
About You:
Previous administration experience (warehouse/logistics environment highly regarded)
Understanding of warehouse processes and documentation
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
Confident using computers and common office systems
Full working rights in Australia
