Quest Personnel is seeking a motivated and determined individual for positions in our heat treatment and dressing facilities, at a global leader in the design and manufacture of wear parts and consumables for the mining, quarrying, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing 
In this role, you’ll be working as part of a team, where every day brings variety.  

Your key tasks will include: 

Operating and monitoring specialised heat treatment furnaces to harden and temper metal products 
Handling and moving large steel components with care and precision 
Conducting visual inspections and measurements to ensure quality standards are met 
Grinding, dressing, and finishing products to prepare them for shipment to customers 
Following set processes and procedures to guarantee safety, consistency, and accuracy 
Working alongside a skilled team where communication and teamwork are essential 
Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and contributing to a strong safety-first culture 
This is a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys physical work, has a good eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality results. 

What We’re Looking For 

A strong work ethic and reliability 
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures 
Previous manufacturing, trade, or factory experience highly regarded (but not essential) 
Ability to work within a team environment 
A forklift license highly regarded (but not essential) 
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical check
