Our client, a global leader in packaging, recycling and logistics, is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join their team in Kilsyth. This is a full-time casual ongoing position, with the potential to become permanent.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background in an office or call centre environment, good software knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You’ll be the key contact point between customers, warehouse, and transport carriers.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls

Responding to customer enquiries via email

Liaising with the warehouse on order, stock and transit updates
-
Coordinating with transport carriers
-
Preparing quotes and estimates
-
Maintaining accurate customer billing records
-
Managing customer expectations effectively
Roster Options:
-
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
-
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:

Attention to detail

Previous customer service experience (office or call centre preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Tech savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

CRM/software knowledge a plus

Outgoing and team-oriented attitude
