Mould Shop Worker – Glass Manufacturing
West End, Brisbane | $33.15 per hour | Casual (6+ Months)

About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join the Mould Shop at a glass manufacturing site in West End. This is a casual on-call role with strong potential to continue for 6 months or more, until the site closes in June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

-Hands-on trade-style work using tools, grinders, lathes, and occasionally CNC machines
-Cleaning and preparation, including stripping old mould coatings, sandblasting, and polishing surfaces
-Conducting quality checks to ensure moulds meet exact specifications
-Performing heavy and physical work in hot, dusty, and noisy conditions

What We’re Looking For

-Experience in a trade, factory, or hands-on labouring environment
-Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions
-Reliability and commitment to safety
-Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
