About the Role

Quest Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Driver (Aircraft Refueller) to join a team in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and maneuver fuel tankers and dispensers
• Safely refuel aircraft on the tarmac, ensuring compliance with aviation fuel handling procedures and safety standards
• Conduct minor inspections, repairs, and maintenance on refuelling equipment and vehicles to ensure operational readiness
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements

• Current HR driver's license is essential
• Clean driving record in order to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (if successful)
• Minimum 2 years' experience driving heavy rigid vehicles
• Handling Dangerous Goods certificate highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
