• Running the floor and guiding your team every shift
• Ensuring smooth bar and gaming operations (and jumping in hands-on when needed!)
• Taking ownership of rostering, stock, and venue management tasks
• Creating 5-star experiences for every customer, every time

👀 We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience in a hospitality leadership role (bar/gaming a huge plus)
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
✔ Is confident leading a team and making quick decisions
✔ Is customer-focused, professional, and calm under pressure
✔ Has flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (including some weekends)
